Case Study
Galileo
Galileo was a telehealth platform that began as a direct-to-consumer product and evolved into a B2B white-label solution for digital health companies and EHRs.
Galileo started with a D2C Telehealth product and more recently has expanded as a B2B white label solution powering the Telehealth capabilities behind digital health tech companies like EHRs. The founding team at Galileo was deeply routed in the healthcare space with clinical, technology, and urgent care experience. The team saw an opportunity to digitize the accessible walk-in aspect of urgent care into a Telehealth platform. The task was to partner closely with the founding team to design and iterate the MVP user experience and product.

Drawing on experience from Oscar Health, we defined and established best-in-class UX paradigms as the foundation of the MVP product - grounded in a connected experience for patients to onboard and connect with the right Galileo clinical practitioner.
We worked with the founding team to define and iterate versions of the intake flow to best gather users' needs and and match them to the right medical provider.
We worked closely with the internal engineering team throughout the duration of the project to design and build the MVP product. We also helped to hire and onboard an in-house designer and transition all product design work seamlessly to be managed in house.
