R/GA was where Joshua worked as a senior designer from 2010-2013 on various initiatives, including an internal initiative for Nike.
At R/GA from 2010 to 2013, I worked as a senior designer on various projects, including an internal initiative for Nike to help their global teams optimize different aspects of their workflow. I was also part of a small, agile team developing fintech products for a major financial institution. My role involved supporting pitch development and collaborating with different teams—engineering and design, brand and product—to ensure cohesive outcomes. Working at R/GA in 2010 was an exciting time in digital design, and it was rewarding to contribute to projects that reflected the evolving landscape of the industry.
