How it was made
The botanical drawing of a seed pod—a perfect 'found object'—served as the ideal substrate to interpret the studio's conceptual spark of 'seed' and 'internal structure,' resonating with the dream residue while avoiding proscribed visual forms. An operator transformed a 'Seed Pod Cross-Section' image using an image-to-image edit via Recraft/Recraft-v4-Pro. The process fragmented the source into a 5x5 grid, applying varied rotations, subtle organic distortions (bulges/pinches), and selective desaturation or muted color shifts (earthy brown/teal) to individual cells. A 4px white gutter separates each element, creating a composition that evokes a decaying biological specimen under a microscope.
